At Vokos, we offer a robust free tier so that you can fully evaluate the capabilities of our AI Agent before committing to a paid subscription. Because you have the opportunity to test our core features for free, our refund policy for paid "Vokos Pro" subscriptions is strict.
All Monthly Subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
If you subscribe to the Vokos Pro Monthly plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to all Pro features until that billing cycle concludes. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months of service.
All Yearly Subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
If you purchase the discounted Annual subscription and decide Vokos is no longer right for you, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent it from renewing next year. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current 12-month billing cycle. You will retain full access to all Pro features until your year concludes. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial years of service under any circumstances.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Vokos workspace or by managing your Stripe customer portal. Canceling your subscription stops all future recurring charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for past charges.
If your account is suspended or terminated by Vokos due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (including, but not limited to, copyright infringement or abuse of the AI infrastructure), you will forfeit any right to a refund for your current billing period, regardless of whether you are on a monthly or yearly plan.
If you have a legitimate issue with a billing error, we ask that you contact our support team first. However, if you file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or bank to bypass this refund policy, your Vokos account will be immediately and permanently banned, and all associated cloud data will be purged.
Because we offer a free tier to test the application, exceptions to this no-refund policy are not granted. However, if you experience a severe billing error (e.g., being charged twice accidentally), please contact us at info@vokos.app from the email address associated with your Vokos account.
